Hannah Ferrier Reveals the Sex of Her Baby
The Below Deck Mediterranean chief stew is overjoyed about her little one on the way.
Following the news earlier this summer that she is expecting her first child, Hannah Ferrier revealed the sex of her little one on August 10.
The Below Deck Mediterranean chief stew happily revealed that she will be welcoming a little girl in late October in a celebratory Instagram post.
Hannah first announced her pregnancy exclusively to The Daily Dish in June, sharing that she had "a little mini-me on the way" with her boyfriend Josh. The couple knew the sex of their baby at the time, but they had decided to keep it a secret. However, Hannah did tease that she and Josh already had a name picked out for their baby. "Yeah, that was one of the first things," Hannah said. "I think we went back-and-forth a little bit, but I got my way in the end."
Hannah also had an idea of the "chill" baby shower she planned to throw at her new home in Australia to celebrate her baby girl on the way. "We're just gonna have like a massive barbecue," Hannah shared during an interview with The Daily Dish, adding that both her male and female friends will be invited. "I said to my girlfriend the other day, I'm like, 'As long as there's none of those games where you have to pin the penis on the donkey.' She's like, 'Hannah, that's a bachelorette party.' Definitely don't let me plan your baby shower, basically! No games, none of that sort of stuff. It'll just be nice to get together."
In honor of her baby girl’s arrival, Hannah shared on Instagram on August 3 that she set up a baby registry with the Australian charity Lifeline. "A lot of you have sent me messages asking for my baby register which is so amazing of you. My little one is very blessed that we can provide all they need but in place of that I have set up a baby registry with one of my favourite charities @lifelineaustralia,” Hannah wrote in the post. “Lifeline assists people in need with anxiety, desperation and raises awareness for suicide. Any donation large or small would be greatly appreciated and it will be amazing to let my little one know they made a difference before entering the world."
Hannah has kept fans updated on her pregnancy since announcing her happy news, whether it's sharing the (mostly) joy-filled moments or major milestones.
