Now, after The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member revealed last year that she was "considering all options" when it came to where she and husband Ray would settle down again in Potomac, the couple officially has the most elegant place to call home.

As seen in the photos below, the exterior of the abode features arches in the brick entryway and the lower-level windows. The entrance to the home, flanked by vibrant trees, mixes chic classic elements, such as the eye-catching wood door, with more modern touches including the white-trimmed windows just above it.

The unique balcony directly above the door gives the entrance a modern castle vibe, which isn't much of a surprise considering Karen's former Great Falls home looked like it came straight out of a fairy tale thanks to a turret-like exterior and Tudor-style roof.

Karen opened up about the moving process during Part 1 of the RHOP Season 4 reunion last year. "Right now Ray and I are still adjusting — still going through challenges. I am leasing with the option," she said at the time. "I have a huge option and I hope that it works out for Ray and I to purchase this home."

For Karen, living in Potomac and Great Falls has brought equally great experiences beyond compare. "They’re both tiny jewels,” she told BravoTV.com exclusively last year. “I love Great Falls. I love Potomac, too, but two different worlds, two different experiences.”

“I’m eternally grateful for Great Falls,” she continued. “The people embraced me. I love my neighbors, I love my friends there. But it’s fantastic. Just as Potomac was warm when I came there 20 years ago, Great Falls opened its arms and put its arms around me, especially when I lost both my parents. Neighbors were just knocking on doors. There’s the difference: They knocked on the door and they were like, ‘What can I do for you? How can I help you?’”
